Refund policy

1. Return Period

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Return Shipping

All returns are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of E£100.00. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

3. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.

4. Final Sale Items

We do not sell “final sale” items — all products are eligible for return within the stated return period.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued upon the customer’s request to one of the following:

• Bank account

• Gift card

• InstaPay account

• Telda account

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• In the original packaging with all tags attached

• Accompanied by proof of purchase
